All applications and extensions in the application will have a status of "Approved", "Denied", or Submitted for Approval". Any application or extension with an "approved" status has been vetted by a third party, The Education Cooperative (TEC), in partnership with the New Hampshire Student Privacy Alliance (NHSPA). All approved applications and extensions have a signed data privacy agreement (DPA) between the developer and the Newmarket School District. If an application or extension has a "denied" status it is because the developer was unwilling to sign a DPA. Finally, if an application or extension has a "submitted for approval" status, then a request for approval has been submitted to TEC and we are waiting for their approval.
